In the period from infancy to adulthood, that is, the branch of science that undertakes the protection of dental health starting from the milk teeth of babies between the ages of 0-14 and the treatment of diseases that may occur, is called Pedodontics. In other words, in this section, which is also known as Pediatric Dentistry, the general dental health of healthy children is protected, as well as disabled children with dental retardation due to congenital or delayed oral and jaw structure disorders are treated by specialist pedodontists.
